@NotMang0 17 сағат бұрын
@AlbiniaYT yes it does, because Voice Acting is also an artform. I understand why you use it, but text to speech has also stolen jobs, TTS "AI" channels are also a big problem on this app and other video content. With you using TTS as a voice over you are also enabling other channels to make content like that. Though, you probably used one of the standard TTS, which is better than the "AI" people use that is just a stolen voice, so that's a good thing

Paintings vary based on size, price, expertise, area, and material. Generally speaking, though, not a rule, Paper costs less than canvas Textured products cost more than flat ones Paintings larger than A4 cost more than A4, but weirdly, so do smaller ones (small ones can actually cost a LOT more than even proportionally large ones) People in richer communities will ONLY buy paintings if they're really expensive, assuming skill and cost go hand in hand Many people will undervalue your product if you do, being unwilling to pay for it. Sometimes, though, do it with caution, people will buy your product more if it costs more money. Pick a price you're happy with, and then adjust based on the results you get. Try to track someone down at the market who also sells artworks.

try to zoom out and get your values in with bigger strokes before worrying about the smaller details, and if you need help mapping it out try working in black and white first before transitioning to colors

Hey, good job on developing your skills! For longform artists to watch, I'd reccomended checking out Borodante's "Overpaint" videos, where he provides critique and does a pretty good job of explaining concepts around realism (behaviour of lighting and shadows, how to approach subjects as if they're 3D objects, etc), as well as more general painting techniques and approaches, including why certain things work or have certain effects. I learned a lot from watching those videos, so maybe they'll be helpful to you too

I’m a complete beginner to all forms of digital art, and I’m too scared of making mistakes or making my art look weird to try the art… dunno if that makes sense or not. I also have no clue how to start learning how to do it. Anyone got any tips?
@AlbiniaYT
@AlbiniaYT 7 күн бұрын
mm the only tip I can give is just to not be afraid of mistakes, because its super easy to undo them on digital. if you wanna do something to an art piece but aren't confident it'll look good, there's an option to duplicate it where you can do it anyway and see if it fits. or just use layers to add onto it. (to find the options you can just follow the tutorial art programs give when you first download it) practice is the only way to improve, just gotta take the risks anyway and do it

i think you could try the technique of going from dark to light; you start with the deepest tones and work your way up to the lightest and highlights. it adds that depth realism portrays well. you are suuperr talented though so good work!! id like to be like you!!

Hey! A good tip for realism is learning how the shadows work, and where to apply the different colour saturations, tints, etc. Copying that directly wont make you learn it in the long run- only for this angle and on this man. For this picture you should figure out how to block the shadows and the lighting, find the light source and where the shadows would be according to that! (E.g find shapes in the lighting, triangles, etc) Shading is essential for realism.

You’re already improving so much! I think next you should try to spend longer on one drawing, instead of doing one drawing a day, try working on the same drawing everyday, realism takes a lot of time and patience If you want to keep up the one drawing a day schedule I think you should try doing it in black and white (also make the reference black and white) if nothing else it will help you to focus on shading more and will help improve your color usage in future drawings It looks really good! I hope you keep going!
