The statement that "if wind energy were harvested in just 3 states, it could power all 50". Might be true in a technical sense. As in enough power could be hypothetically produced to power all 50 states... But that is not at all a practical statement. Alaska lies over 2,000 miles north through Canada. And Hawaii is literally in the middle of the Pacific ocean. And also the statement that there is no initial energy costs to produce wind, solar, and wave energy is just false. With any earth, wind, wave, technology there is a carbon footprint. You can't build anything without a carbon footprint. And then the question comes where and how do you store the energy until it is needed. How do you transport the energy? The answers to these questions is not zero, i can tell you that.

However, the benefits of this unique global position has not been to United States Government. The benefit has been to a few corporations like Haliburton, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, Boeing, Lockheed Martin. There has also been a cost incurred. A steep cost. One paid in Blood, by the American People. People that were Murdered on 9/11, not by terror but for profit. Soldiers that were blown to pieces by roadside IED's, by people whose homes were smart bombed... People who lost their homes in 2008, and again after Covid in 2020. The American Government, has turned it's back on it's own people to allow corporate interests to take over Washington. American created new mandatory minimum sentence laws to imprison more men for profit. Fascism is defined as a merger between State and Corporate interests. America is now a Fascist Government.
