That may be the screen itself, I would try to reset the radio and see if that fixes it. There is a small pinhole button near the radio face and you can press that to reset the radio

I dont know many shops that just have a pressure washer laying around and definently wouldnt use a compressor to spew it everywhere. Unfortunately gloves and a shop rag and cross your fingers you dont accidentally find more.
