I did my assessment, and boy, oh boy, it. The root of my shoulder pain is so evident. I am looking forward to the tools to work through my not-so-great habits. lol, I'll be forgiving with myself as Susi says

I think it's important to understand why you're avoiding seed oils. If you personally notice an impact then that's the most important reason to avoid anything causing harm. In general, it is best to avoid seed oils that are initially treated with high levels of pesticides, overly processed or have a high omega 6 fatty acid profile compared to omega 3. Annatto seeds that are responsibly cultivated and used in supplements of this type can be incredibly beneficial and shouldn't simply be classified as another harmful seed oil.

Oh the desk shuffle! I’ve started allowing myself to clean my desk only once a week. Then it’s just a set time dedicated to that. I’m decluttering so I do see some progress.

I believe that most coaches address stress.... But Stress Coaches can take a look at the whole picture and uncover hidden connections that could be undermining your hard work, whether to improve nutrition, fitness, or career success! (It really is all connected) 😉
