I think it's important to understand why you're avoiding seed oils. If you personally notice an impact then that's the most important reason to avoid anything causing harm. In general, it is best to avoid seed oils that are initially treated with high levels of pesticides, overly processed or have a high omega 6 fatty acid profile compared to omega 3. Annatto seeds that are responsibly cultivated and used in supplements of this type can be incredibly beneficial and shouldn't simply be classified as another harmful seed oil.
