I can only speak for myself, but despite not being a lightweight, I never lacked speed or power. Neither on the scooter featured in this video, nor on the other two I rented in Hoi An and Ninh Binh respectively

I meant one can rent a motorbike that is not bigger than a 125 or 150.
@MSWcryptoworker5 ай бұрын
is it true one can drive up to 125 without a license that way you an have valid insurance
@LausSorensen5 ай бұрын
The limit for driving without an international permit valid in Vietnam is 50 cc. I found it to be fully sufficient, I rented those in 3 different destinations. For driving the Hai Van pass a semiautomatic is the best choise, and they're surprisingly easy to drive. Link for "my" shop where I rented it is in the description

Oh wow! I saw this Linh Coc Hai Nham boat ride in another Vlog with the American couple and am planning to take it when we go to North Vietnam in Dec. But after seeing how tight those caves are in your video, I am deciding not to. The sights are beautiful but I have claustrophobia and can not go through those caves. I wonder if the other vloggers took a different route on the same river!
@LausSorensen6 ай бұрын
I understand your concerns after watching my video. I later found out that the conditions were very unusual on the very days I was in Tam Coc, because there had been unusually high rainfall resulting in high water levels. In fact, during that period, you couldn't sail through the caves in Na Trang at all because of the water level. So I think "my lady" pushed us through the caves simply because she needed something to live on, even though the water level was high. If you watch the American couple's video, those are the conditions you should relate to, not the conditions in my video.

@@LausSorensen ok thanks! We should check it out then when we visit. I have watched countless videos of Tam Coc, Tran An and Linh Coc river boat tours, and I really like the scenery, peace and privacy of the Linh Coc river. Were there other boat ladies waiting at the little pier? We are a group of 6 and would need 3 boats. Thanks so much!
