I'm on my 3rd pregnancy. First and 2nd was c-section. First one they didn't let me get up hourut an 1.5 then they had to move us and it was hard to get up to move to the wheel chair. 2nd c-section I was allowed to get up as soon as I felt ready. I got up almost immediately. Literally within 20mins and started walking around. I healed WAY faster and better than the 1st time. There is alot of evidence now showing that the sooner you get up and move the better. It was true for me for sure!
