@Dstew57A That's pretty cool how I remind you of a friend of yours and how he is a fighter pilot and how I could be his twin 🙂. I have been following my treatment plan. I have ptsd as well from past traumatic experiences. I hope your other friend is doing alright and you're right anyone can have mental health problems and it is nothing to be ashamed of, I'm not. That is what I try to do here on my channel is to inform people about mental health disorders and to give them a safe place to talk about either the problems they are dealing with or the good things that they have going on in their lives. If your friend needs someone to talk to have him reach out to me or if you need to talk I'm here.

I am not a psychologist but I do a lot of research on topics I talk about and I do have some symptoms of adhd and other things but I feel like if I can help others by talking about things like this then I have done my job. Also I started this channel to inform people about mental health issues and to give people a place to go where they can talk about their struggles or their wins without having to worry about what somebody might say, this is a safe place. Also I am working on another video where I will be digging deeper into adhd and there will be a lot of information in the upcoming video.
