I was watching this video I do not understand the topic or let me rephrase, do understand the topic but writing on the back/tailgating is dangerous and could cause an issue. The speed limit is 35 miles an hour you want to go faster just go around. Form this content sounds like you do not like HD’s or maybe you cannot afford one that usually the case. Get off your starter bike and buy something that is better suited for your criticism and when that guy showed you that gesture how fast you ran away.

All those pull outs were opportunities for you to pull over and wait a couple of minutes to let the HD rider get gone. So that's on you. But mostly, you never pass another motorcyclist IN THEIR LANE unless they have acknowledged your presence and wave you by. Just cross over the double yellow and off you go.

You ultimately didn't do anything wrong. I think the only valid thing I have is that at times it was clear that you were coming up on him, but when you ride someone's ass like that, just pass them. I think the problem that the dude has is that you didn't pass him right off the bat. Honestly, he's on a Harley. He should have jumped to the right side and simply waved you on.

To people who say BMW was riding HD's ass, I say he was only (politely) showing he was faster (no honking, no flashing the high beam, no showing his front wheel...) ALL HD HAD TO DO WAS WAVE HIM BY (which was probably the coutesy BMW was hopping for). And they'd both have a more enjoyable ride after. But NO !!! Instead of taking 1 second to alllow a clean pass, HD PICKED UP THE PACE !!! (Ego ?) HD was using the full lane, on and off the brakes, while BMW was not even breathing hard and not even using his brakes ! So people who say BMW was "racing", I'd reply HD was A LOT closer to "the edge" then BMW. (which is not a racer but an adventure bike btw) So seeing HD would never let him by, BMW waited for a rare short straight at the dragon, and did a super clean and safe pass (even if double line), and it took 2 seconds to complete it. HD reminded me of people going the speed limit in the left lane of a highway, and behing pissed when someone passes them on the right because "they are going the speed limit so no one should pass them".

i drive Tractor trailers up mt. and i always use the right lane of coarse until i get to the pull off and let faster vehicles go. Even if i drove my ryker id do the same. i dont know what the harley rider issue is but..........

I never want to be holding up anyone else's ride. I ride a supersport, but by no means am I a "knee dragger". I'd rather ride at my own pace without someone tailgating me, so I gladly wave them around.

Please keep in mind that that H-D guy is riding an 800Lb bike with barely 80HP. It's not capable of much faster speeds especially if one wants to avoid the repair shop from something leaking oil or breaking on that thing. 😂🏍

I have rode cross country twice. Rode from Reno up thru Alaska to Prudo Bay. My opinion is the Dragon is one 0 one riding. East coast riding seems to always bring out the idiots and arguments. I will say the closest call I had was on beatooth highway where a slow Harley rider cut in front of me on a very sharp curve where he thought braking was his beast option. I ride a GSA. I'm just careful as possible and I really don't care if they flip me off or not. Alway have 9m in my pocket just in case things get out of hand.

Had this with my K1300GT as well. Turns out the rubber on the shock stem hardens up with higher temperatures and starts squeaking. Solved it by periodically spraying teflon on it. And traded it in for a T7 as soon as I could 😅
