James. What windshield is that you have on your bike? It does not look like a stock one. Are you happy with it and does it do a good job with wind deflection?

Hi J W - it is a Puig windscreen with a light tint. I really like it and my wife and I both use them. It deflects the wind, rain, insects and road debris nicely as we're touring. We use with the reinforcement brackets. I'd definitely buy again. Besides being functional, it looks good too. We purchased ours from Revzilla.

Thanks. So the reinforcement bracket is a must? I am assuming that you have the touring screen and not the really big one? Merry Christmas to you as well. My son lives in Miami and we live in Jax so that ride really looked great. You guys stay safe too!

@@jimwms1able ... the bracket is a must for both interstate and back highway where you might be clipping along at 70mph or better. Otherwise, the force of wind moves the windscreen down. The bracket keeps it's position in place. My Instagram is motojamesscotts and there are some pics there. The Keys are a slow ride, but the water views don't get any better - it's a tradeoff. Be well.
