The "bitterness" is what you want. DO NOT boil them down... Sautee them as is!
@eatwellenjoylife7 ай бұрын
Thanks for the feedback, it's a personal preference. Sauteing them is certainly a good option if you like the taste. Either way they are healthy and delicious. Happy Cooking!

Which type of millet taste like mashed potatoes?
@eatwellenjoylife10 ай бұрын
It's not just the millet it's the combination of millet and cauliflower that gives it the mashed potato like taste. You can also make plain cauliflower mash, it tastes mush more like mashed potatoes but doesn't have any grains. Get recipe here. eatwellenjoylife.com/cauliflower-mashed-potatoes/

Yes ghee is wonderful for your digestive system. I highly recommend it. The taste is a little different than the olive oil.

This reminds me of simpler times, when I was a youngster, I'd see an Italian lady in our front yard every year and she would harvest our dandelion leaves. It's taken me decades to learn that something that society considers to be highly undesirable is on the contrary incredibly healthy.

I've been round and round about this leak subject. The amount of discrimination against men can't be measured. My conclusion---none of the people expressing concern for women's problems none of them ever had a father. Same thing with the magnetic chair. Inquiries wenet unanswered though they stood to gain $2400 because men are NOT welcome! I will not answer any objections to my statement.

Great recipe. I like to retain some of the bitterness as it seems to help the gut. I prefer dandelion greens to pretty much any others for sautéed greens. It is also the cheapest at grocery stores as far as I know. I prepare dandelion with oyster mushrooms, garlic, and some sort of meat like sausage or spam. I’m going to use olive oil instead of butter next time. Thanks for the video.

It looks like it will be a lot of juice. How long will this keep refrigerated?
@eatwellenjoylife3 жыл бұрын
It makes enough for 2 large servings. Keep in the refrigerator in a jar for 2 days. Try use a jar size so there is no space at the top.

Every natural weight loss supplement that truly works is made from ingredients which are similar when compared to their own competition. Provided that you use any one of these tested supplements, particularly the one mentioned in Jenessa Venspurke's online guide, it would be difficult not to see the fat melt away constantly every week.

I went through a depression in my earlier years and millet was the key thing that helped me to rewire my brain and get better. They grow millet in the high Himalayas and I moved to Nepal for my retirement years, but I couldn't find millet in the market. They actually make an alcoholic drink with it, which is really good on a cold night. I finally found millet in Kathmandu and looking to eat it every day. This looks awesome. I'm going to send it to my cook.

Will all the nutrients be boiled out?
@eatwellenjoylife4 жыл бұрын
Thanks for asking. You will loose a few nutrients from boiling but there will be plenty left including lots of fiber. The reason to boil it, is to remove some of the bitterness and make it more digestible. Save the water for soup or add to a smoothie. Happy Cooking!
