I'm sorry but mortal Kombat x was the Superior in my opinion. It brought in a great storyline it brought in new characters. I do however wish that they would have found a way to bring back Jade smoke and if you others. But it was still a good game. Mortal Kombat 11 had really good characters however I was disappointed with the DLC pack and I was also disappointed with their customization features. Like I understand that every mortal Kombat game Ed boon wants to do something a little different and that's fine I understand that. But customization does not work for mortal Kombat cuz it was done in Armageddon. They could have done two variations one with weapons and one with out. As for the DLC I was fine with the joker and spawn however I wasn't fine with Terminator RoboCop, Rambo rain and Melina. Melina should have been in the actual roster and rain should have never been a DLC character. Serena should have been a DLC smoke should have been a DLC sweet tooth should have been DLC and they should have ended it with that

Nah, I can't take you seriously on this. We must admit once and for all that MK1 is a mediocre game in its gameplay, fatalitis and brutalities and stop looking for other reasons.

I hear you, but I don't think this is the reason for the unattractiveness. Because let's be real, they aren't unattractive. The reason is their bland personalities. Marvel has characters fleshes out over different forms of media while MK has only 1 game (they keep resetting the timeline so the previous rendition of a character feels too different. The comics are too different to even consider canon as well. This is the reason why they are unattractive, not per se their figure because it isn't that bad honestly. And DEFINITELY not concord bad, that was such a reach honestly

MK9 had an overall better artstyle, it wasn't just the outfits. It was more vibrant and the general tone was a bit more silly, it still felt like proper retro MK. It may have been the reboot of the series, but it was also too faithful to the original tone of the series for me to consider it a reboot. I think the actual reboot started at X. That's where the series went through a drastic change of tone.

its because they lost the meaning of "mortal kombat". They keep reviving characters to the point it didn't matter, but then they added family members. That makes sense, except cassie cage, a protagonist, is fighting her father, also a protagonist. You could have cassie cage look sexy, but they didn't it would look weird to have a sexy woman killing her father. So they kept the family patricide in, and removed the sexuality. they put Scarlet in a hijab and told us they were being progressive.
