if you transform 12v to 4.3v you loose a lot in heat, how the second solution will support the heat? when you need the full project to be autonomous, what kind of power do you suggest? would you use to cells 18650 (3.7v 3000mAh) to get 4v from almost 8v? thanks in advance

Hi, I’m new to Arduino. I have a school project where I need to create a central server (similar to a modem) that can use geofencing, along with a wristband-like device that can trigger it. When the wristband user moves outside the geofence radius, the system should trigger an SMS alert, update the web dashboard, and record the event in a database. Is it possible to make this happen? I’m considering using an existing wristband that I can buy because designing and building a new one is quite expensive and challenging for a student like me. Is there any way I can achieve this?

You did a great job putting this project together, teaching and providing great information. I saw that there was Version 1.1 in the GitHub folders. But these files do not have any code in them, only blank folders. The Version 1.0 has the 4 files to upload into the ESP32. Would you be willing to share the code for this project? I want to make changes to add this to a RF Switch box with 20 I/O functions. Thank you for all that you do and have shared.

The tracker project is complete and working perfectly but there is a problem when I power it off and when I power it up again I always have to press the reset button to run the project otherwise The project does not work without pressing the reset button of Nodemcu .how i can resovel this problum.
