These Two beautiful winged creatures take me back in time!! I remember when Harriet flew away from the nest and, unfortunately, could no longer return. Dad M15, left alone, did an extraordinary job, breeding and protecting his beautiful Eaglets!! Without taking anything away from others, this brood remained in my heart ❤ !!

I thoroughly enjoy your sharing of the SWFL eagles nest site. I wish I had met you in person when I would visit North Port (from NY) and drive to North Ft Myers to see the eagles every year. I no longer visit FL, but your videos keep me connected. I can visualize the pastures, horses, and layout as you post your videos. I have such great memories of Ozzie & Harriet, then M15 and now F23. Thank you, Mr Saunders!!

You have a rare gift at bring a story together with your vision and your art of words. All of it is as Masterful as M. Graceful as he is, yet you are the perfect advocate he needs in this human world. Oddly I have not seen an Armadillos in so long I forget the details of such an endangered animal. Do ppl know both armadillos and bald eagles are both endangered. The Bald Eagle is federally protected where the poor armadillo, some of their species I'd endangered. So when driving, watch out for both of them. Preach RSP Preach !!! Your words are music to my ears. TY❤

He braves the highway, because as a wild animal he doesn't appreciate the danger 😢 Both he and Harriet have come within just a few feet of being hit. It's a risk we know about, and consistently pray 🙏 for safety ❤🦅

He often chooses his timing carefully, watching for safe moments to retrieve food. Unfortunately, eagles and other wildlife face challenges with human structures like roads, and every retrieval can come with some risk. M15’s instincts are sharp, though, and his resilience is inspiring to watch. Let’s hope and pray 🙏 that he continues to stay safe!
