Moi qui ai régulièrement des problèmes d’entorses au pieds et ayant eu idem aux genoux, je n’hésite plus. Certains vont dire que ça coûte cher mais je préfère cela que d’être à l’arrêt pendant des semaines

je ne vois pas en quoi coller un élastique sur la peau peux stabiliser une articulation. les tissus sous cutanés sont encore plus élastiques que la bande. placebo dangereux a mon avis.

Thanks for filming this is a clear and logical manner, it's super helpful! Far too many foot/ankle tutorials i see are filmed at some very strange angles where I literally can't tell what they're doing, or so zoomed into that i feel as though i'm about to be punted in the head. It's quite odd lol

pro tip, you back use the paper backing to rub down the tape. it's a smoother surface

I believe they only use 3 different colors so you can see where the strips lay on your foot

This tape job is more for an impingement type injury. The tape doesn't even cross any of the rotator cuff muscles.

I watched the video several times. I did taping on my swollen ankle. The injury occurred during an accident on the road 10 months ago. First I pasted 1 tape in the evening. The condition improved in the morning. I did taping with the second and third tapes at intervals of several hours. It helped me! I picked cherries in the garden. We swim in the lake for a week! THANK YOU! The first scheme lasted 5 days. Then I paused for 2 days. And glued 3 tapes according to your scheme again. I would gladly leave a photo feedback, but I still can't create a slideshow on KZbin.
