Georgian authorities routinely deny building permits for mosques by saying it is not needed, it will cause traffic problems or the land is not suitable to be built upon. Islamophobia is alive and well in Georgia.

I have been to Azerbaijan before the pandemic but never had a chance to try their trains. I am a rail enthusiast and enjoyed your video! Do they allow taking photos with trains in Azerbaijan? What are the best domestic routes to take in Azerbaijan? few weeks back, I was in Kyrgyzstan and they were not so friendly with visitors taking photos of their trains.
@TrailsofEurasiaTV2 ай бұрын
Glad you enjoyed it. Honestly it’s not allowed to take video unless you ask in advance. Domestic routes are within Azerbaijan Qazakh and Gabala are the longest. But everyone is waiting for the opening Azerbaijan Turkey route.

I would like to visit Azerbaijan but I’m afraid about my safety as Christian due to their conflict with Armenia
@VStrisue2 ай бұрын
Hello in Azerbaijan. For us personally, it doesn't matter what religion you believe in. Personally, I am a shia muslim, but I have sunni muslim and atheist friends. And we never insulted each other because of it. The reason for our hatred towards armenians is not because of their religion, but because of what they do. There is also a well-preserved armenian church in Baku. Still, if you have enough money to travel countries, I recommend you to travel to better countries.

@@VStrisue Great to hear that…I have enough money but still curious about Azerbaijan I met some people from there in other countries they were nice in weird way like they know me from years (Turks have the same behavior with me) Idk the reason but I’m curious to visit and see if everyone is like that with me (like in Turkey) or maybe just these people I met abroad

Then, as an Azerbaijani, allow me to say some things. 1. Currently, all of our people have many problems of their own. Personally, when I go out, I can easily feel tiredness and boredom on everyone's faces. However, despite this, I think we can still maintain our sincerity. 2. Here you can encounter some very strange and interesting events. As an example, let me tell you a memory. "In the afternoon, I was returning home by bus from school. The weather was very hot. Suddenly the driver stopped the bus, opened the door and got out. There was a green area on the right side of the bus, and the gardener was watering the trees in that area. The driver took the hose from the gardener's hand and started watering the front windows of the bus. Then the driver entered the bus and began to water the floor of the bus. When the bus started moving, the water on the floor moved forward and backward with the bus.That's why we had to raise our legs. And we went all the way like this.😅" 3.We can explain all the bad events happening in Azerbaijan in just one sentence. This sentence is: "This is Azerbaijan". If you encounter any unpleasant incident, just remember this sentence and move on. 4.If you think that you can easily communicate with people by speaking English, get rid of this idea immediately. Very few people here know English. I think I talked a little too much.🫠 If you have any questions, I am ready to answer them as soon as I have time.

Hindus worship fire. Iranians too worshiped fire. So it was easier to use same temple. Ganesh is a Hindu God of wisdom, prosperity, and success. Also that big shadow is of a small statue of Nataraj, a manifestation of the Hindu God Shiva. Nataraj is doing his cosmic dance of destruction. In Hindu mythology, its a belief that universe goes through phases of creation, sustainability, and destruction and this cycle repeats. Nataraj is considered as the God whose dance represents the last phase of the cosmic cycle.
