You need a bandolier pouch that'll hold 6 20rd mini-14 pouches like the bandolier that the 5.56 comes in already on stripper clips. That would definitely sell...

Blue thread lock will also seal the threads and keep it from oxidizing. The last thing you want are those screws to back out. You should torque the screws as well, I believe it's 25-30 in-lbs. I have to guess your rifle hasseen some harsh conditions, I have had the Ultimak rail near a decade live in New England and have had the rail off multiple times including a few months ago when I replaced the gas block for an Accuracy Systems Inc gas block and had no issues.

I can't get a ten round magazine to work. I've tried the Ruger mags and the Pro Mag and they all have the same issue. The follower nose dives and I'm lucky to be able to feed the first round and usually they don't extract and eject properly. I have no issues with the Ruger five round or twenty round mags.

I made a cheek rest by wrapping the stock with paracord. I haven't experienced the stock getting hot from the sun, actually the opposite as it gets really cold in the winters where I live.

We really take for granted how crazy the aftermarket for firearms is these days. Despite it not being any where near the AR, the Mini-14 even has a respectable amount of "bolt on" custom and aftermarket support.

A note on the SP-101 in 9MM: I have one. It is impossible to remove fired casings from the cylinder without using some tool (like a punch). The 9MM casings appear to expand so tightly that they make a friction fit to the cylinder. I did, one time, send it back to the factory for examination and they found nothing wrong. To be fair, I have the exact same issue with my S&W Centennial in 9MM. By comparison, I do not have this issue with my .38 Special revolvers.

I have a LOT of experience with an m16a4, the type of experience where my service rifle would have had a ton of notches on it if I were that type of man, and my beautiful Belgian made FN M16 never jammed and never missed. Used custom magazines, steel body, more powerful spring, magpul non tilt followers. Also used better lube than issued, slip 2000 ewl. In the last 10 years or so since I've been out of the Marine Corps, if you know what you're looking for or if you make your own which is really very very easy to do You can build your own AR-15, pretty much all the know-how you need is a 10 minute video and the ability to thread a nut onto a bolt if you can do that you can build your own AR, and quality has improved to exceed that of military standards and price has dropped all the way to the bottom You can now for 600 or $700 get a rifle that will run toe-toe with a military one.

Just picked mine up a couple days ago. Range tested this morning. Loved the 3.5 # trigger and the short audible reset. Makes follow up shots easy. Mine ran flawlessly using Magpul brand Glock 15 round and 27 round mags. I did have a couple of cheap off brand 33 rounders and had one easy to clear stove pipe jam where a case hung up on the bolt and didn't quite eject fully. But I came away from the range thinking it was a real peach of a carbine. Nothing fancy, just good function. Thanks for the thorough review! Really liked your gear too! Ordered a couple items! Thanks!

A lot of sling in the way of the pump. High stress, imagine your pump hand grasping part of that sling and interfering with the action. Look at how slow the reload is. Might as well get a normal 2-point sling and cut that middle part out of the picture. He is even fighting to keep the damn thing out of the way. 🤔

I have a first year PCC in 9mm, has the original stock and hand guard. After 2,000 rounds, the front sight flew off and I never replaced it since I put an Eotech on it. After 5,000 rounds, I could not run a full magazine through without an FTE/stovepipe. I've run the gamut of 9mm ammunition through it and it always stovepipes. I'm not the only one that this has happened to. I've replace the ejector twice with brand new Ruger parts. Cleaned and reassembled multiple times, it still FTEs. I've found another KZbinr who has a possible fix. If that doesn't work, I'm sending it back to Ruger. Hopefully they won't lose my big magwell or any other parts. I will add that when I shot this gun during a steel match with my subsonic 9mm rounds, people asked if I was shooting a rimfire, it's actually pretty quiet.

Good video. Mine is stovepiping at 90*at the edge of the ejector port. Called Ruger, they told me to use American ammo. Also could be a bad mag. All my mags are 20 rnd Ruger. I was using Fiocci 5.56 55g FMJ. Any ideas? Not a serious issue, 3 times in 120 rnds

Buffalo Bore produces a .38 Special +P 158 gain LSWCHP (including a gas check to preclude barrel fouling) round, which (I respectfully suggest) is effectively a .”357 magnum light.” The projectile is composed of a soft lead alloy (I can mark it with my finger nail), and that greatly promotes both expansion and effective, limited penetration. Okay, isn’t the actually relevant question is round X entirely effective, which does not necessarily mean ultra powerful? IMHO, this Buffalo Bore load’s design is optimally balanced for penetration, expansion, recoil, quality, and speed-loader use . . . to maximizes the 2.25 inch barrel SP-101’s potential.

Once, I accidentally purchased an HKS 5-shot speedloader. I contacted Sharon Farris, the HKS sales manager, who was very helpful. She replaced my 5-shot speedloader with the correct six-shot speedloader. I only have good things to say about HKS.
