That's in really good shape, I wouldn't bother completely flipping it, just tip it one way then the other, a good fairing compound on the hull and sanding will get it spot on and you can easy roll and tip it if you don't want to spray , and yes plexi glass will bend just gently add some heat with a heat gun. Nice one mate.

I will be double checking my diffs now as I’m at the same stage. I was really disappointed with the frost chassis paint when painting my axles as the rust still bled through even with a coat of rust converter on underneath, let’s hope your axles don’t do the same
