It's 3d printed from fabricators lair stl files, this is the "greater good ship" and a mix of scatter from their other packs. I think it's all fabricators lair. The files are on myminifactory

Now im unemployed but in 2 mounth i will start to work again and tge first think im gonna buy is a 3d printer. I just have to figure out where to put it couse i live in a very small apartment with wife and kid, so can be problematic.

This was great. I love OPR. Since you are have the models, you might take a look at Xenos Rampant as well. You have an open set of options and 24 points to use in building your army list. (There is an online builder as well). I recently did a Stormtroopers versus Ewoks game and it was a blast. You can stat up anything you like, how you like.

What's the size of battlefield and what floor plates are those? also, new rules are out

the battlefield is about 3.5 feet by 2.5 feet, and the terrain is fabricators lair "greater good" ship pack. I saw the new rules, I'm excited! haven't played a game with them yet. in fact I rushed this video out because it's played with the old rules haha didn't want it to be too out of date when it published

By my understanding, all rending hits ignore regeneration, but rolls of 6 also get AP(4)

Thank you! The floor tiles and walls are from fabricators lair on myminifactory, this is the "greater good ship", lots of the scatter is from different places, all probably fabricators lair also. The big black tank body in the middle is an OPR sisters battle tank with no turret. In our other videos we used mostly 3d and 2d OPR terrain but we didn't feel like a bunch if jackals barricades on sand fit the environment of a blessed sisters ship cargo bay

there are some really cool ones in that book. Cool settings, too. I'm glad i printed out these ship parts, they have just released rules for boarding action terrain which is great

@20:00 I think you skipped the fanatic sister chance to strike back? (edit: My mistake, I based too much of my knowledge through GDF and missed the subtle differences in GDF:FF) @23:00 Echo lost melee combat and you forgot to take morale test (edit: My mistake again here. Again GDF brain) @34:57 You forgot Self-repair (6+ save), I know it's slim chance, but it's still a chance lol (I think you may have forgotten the self-repair a few time earlier as well, as well as the Robot special rule when the Robot needs to check morale test) Just pointing out a few mistakes I spotted when listening (edit: whoops, it's me who made the mistake lol, sorry > <), but nonetheless, good game guys! Always love seeing more OPR game!

we definitely made a bunch of mistakes, this was recorded around midnight and we were both tired. I think the fanatic sister can't strike back because she was shaken by the robot attack, and the shaken/morale tests only happens after both sides do melee in grimdark future, not firefight. The morale tests too happen at the end of a turn and apply to a whole army, not individual war bands. At least that's what I think happens, i could be totally wrong! Oh and forgetting the Robot rule was a total mistake on my part! Woops!

We always make mistake and learn from the mistakes. :D Especially I can understand the stress while recording in addition to playing the game, so no sweat my good man. And ye, I mainly play GDF and rarely GDF:FF so I could also be wrong too. - In the Fanatic Sister case, I just reread the rule and I think you are right. She took a wound and did the wound effect and is shaken. (Here is where I'm not sure if she can strike back, because in GDF, the defender can attack back if they survive the charge) - In Echo case, you are right, I forgot he still have remaining Tough and yes I was in GDF brain hence when I lost combat I would need to take Morale test. So that's my mistake. > <

to be honest, i like GDF better than firefight, we just don't have enough models painted yet! eventually though we will probably do mostly GDF games on here.

Do you have suggestions on One Page ttRPGs? Does the shortness of the rules affect the gameplay or experience? Great video!

I haven't played any ttRPGs, but they have one fantasy RPG, it's called "Age of Fantasy Quest", and a sci-fi version is coming soon. They have mentioned doing some stuff to be used for DnD, but they don't have anything out right now. I'm waiting for the Grimdark Future Star-Quest, it's gonna be cool! I think the shortness of the rules helps the experience in the game because we spend less time trying to remember rules and more time trying to plan and strategize

Do you all have some link to that carrying case solution? I have a buddy who wants to do some clear acrylic basing, so he can't magnetize them, but wants an alternative to foam storage. Just FYI, there are simpler rules to play battletech, I forget the name. They give mechs Stat cards, you move units of them at a time, you use a ruler/measuring tape instead of hexes, and stat tracking is dramatically reduced. It's like the battletech version of 40k or OPR Grimdark Battle or whatever the non skirmish one is called.

The name is Alpha Strike! It's like the "wargame" version of Battletech and with pretty simple rules. There's a free quickstart PDF on their page.

Whatever works! I only have videos with onepagerules but we play other games together, too. Mordheim looks cool, we haven't tried it but maybe someday
