I found out that when your. Rinse your grains with water you are getting rid of all the bacteria

I love this! I remember old guy and Janett planting onions, it was a crazy good video. SO much work for onions. I had wished I could ride that planter with Janett...there was no way I could have planted as fast a she did. But it was one of my favorite video's!

I recommend Cookwise Mason jar opener no lid dents or damage multi-purpose easy manual handheld top remover . Kind of expensive but I have never had a damaged lid.

Didn't I just see your grains plop themselves into the second glass that you filled? You know that some people rinse the grains that are left in the strainer before adding them to the new milk. I do agree with one of the other comments that your ferment is still innoculated with the kefir bacteria.

Great video. It was very informative. And im sure you're not using that brush for purposes outside of the kitchen, but if i might make a suggestion here... maybe pick something besides a toilet bowl brush to scrub the dirt off your food with 😂😂😂. The "nice and tasty" food might have been a bit more appetizing if I didn't have the mental image of you scrubbing one of the "old guy's" big ole poo marks off of the inside of the toilet bowl with that brush right before gently caressing the lions mane with it as though you were using it for flavor 😂😂😂. Like, off goes the dirt and on goes the poo. Just kidding, this was a good video, and I learned a lot by watching it. On a serious note, though. Put a lil seasonin on dat food lady, Geez!

Watching when you drilled the one stump it needed much larger holes. One video I watched he cut about a 4 inch square in the stump and also with the chain saw cut a hole from the side about 2 inches by 4 inches. Still didn't work as well as the waffle cut stump did.

I think it is highly responsible of you to leave a fire burning overnight in that wind. You have burning flames 2' past the outside of the stump. :(

I've been making butter since last October. Couldn't make it with a hand crank churn. 2.5 hrs of cranking, still no butter. 30 minutes with a hand mixer and wisk attachment and I have butter. I let the cream sit 12 hrs, but you said several days. I'll have to try that now. Might of been my only problem.

This year after hatching baby chicks, I used the homemade incubator to sprout veggie seeds. Works great using two starter flats about 11 x 21". Regulated the temp down to 80F. Almost all seeds germinated by day 3. Next year plan to build another incubator and a sprouter of larger size with huge mass to retain heat during power outages. As grow lights I find the high bay fixtures having 4 or 6 T5 6000K bulbs work very well when mounted just slightly above seedlings on adjustable 2x4 blocks each end. This setup will cover 4 of the 11x21 trays positioned crosswise. Electric usage for high output 54W bulbs is about 216 watts/hr for 4 bulbs, or about 325 watts for 6 bulb fixtures. Plants need at least 6 hrs daily without lighting.

Do you boil your raw milk ?? If so how do you do it. I have boil my milk in several methods. One time it was very delicious but I guess I got lucky that one time because after that its just been ok milk but not delicious like the one time. And I get the milk from the same cow and infront of me I see the milking happening.
