I hope we get an Eleanor appearance, as she was directly involved with everything that happened in the books (I don't necessarily mean in game, I mean like after the credits we get a cutscene of her using the Ball pit for her purposes. She was such a major character to the books and was involved in almost every short story even when she wasn't directly mentioned. If Shadow Freddy/Golden Freddy is Cassidy being used by Afton to kidnap kids, then technically that would mean that Charlotte dies after the MCI. MM is clearly on the night Charlie dies due to its file name, placing Charlotte's death after the MCI (Charlotte and the MCI dying on the same night doesn't make sense either as William leaves after killing her, so...).

I have a complement to theory! Shadow Freddy would have been born in FNaF2, because he used Fredbear's costume to murder the children at the second Freddy's!

now THIS… THIS RIGHT HERE is EXACTLY what I wanted out of a fnaf R rated version. Other than a few differences from the final cut that I much prefer than the “R,” I ADORE the “R.” Now… if this was a “COMBINED” version of the “R” and final project (the 8 bit opening, having more depth of what happened to mikes parents, the switch from Garett to springtrap, springtraps scene from the final instead of the goofy “R” one etc) then replace the “R” version of aftons “death” with the springlock scene and add a bit more to it, this would’ve HANDS down been THE ABSOLUTE BEST fnaf film (imo) I still wish we’d gotten the “R” version of fnaf (or atleast an alternate cut for it) but the final project still did a phenomenal job.

Shadow freddy is often ignored, so watching you piece it all together makes me believe that you truly are right with this theory. One problem is that the brown shirted kid in the FNAF movie is Freddy not golden Freddy. How else could he appear while golden Freddy is also there? Also there’s literally a kid with a golden shirt and a hat? That’s meant to be golden Freddy.

If i remember correctly shadow freddy also appears in fnaf 3, not in the minigame but in the office as a secret. It always confused me why Shadow Freedy was in fnaf 3 however if your theory is correct it finally explains why.

I wanna try to add onto this with something i always thought bout with nightmare, in fnaf 4 i think that night 5 and 6 are in Crying childs perspective cuz hes scared of fredbear, and in night 6, nightmares jumpscares a still image that sounds like an ambulance siren at a certain speed, in a literal way, fredbears purpose is to entertain, but instead chomped CC, which doesnt quite match your shadow theory,but i thought it was sorta fitting, but from michaels perspective of him reliving these dreams, hed prolly see it from the angle you proposed (unrelated, but since CC dies if you beat night 6 anyways, i always assumed that the last thing CC sees is nightmares jumpscare, which honestly is a soul shattering way to go)
