Take your right leg and fold it with your foot next to your groin kinda like Indian style instead of crossing it over your other leg. Then do everything the way you finished your transfer. It acts like a spring assisting in your upward motion. I self learned it & never went back. I get on it just like you did. Great video keep getting them miles!!

Hi. I am a wheelchair user, and I am trying to get in better shape. This video was amazing. I did the entire 22-minute routine! I’ve been having hip pain that gets worse when I sit - which I can’t prevent - and my hips feel better already. If I have questions, is there a way to contact Coach Carolyn directly? Hi Coach Carolyn! You are my favorite coach! I am in a wheelchair but I was doing the exercise with you while sitting in my walker It has helped my balance so much that this week I have been able to stand up alone and do some of the exercise with you! I've just found this and thank you so much. I have sciatica and epilepsy so naturally problems with standing rountines. Your routine here is absolutely perfect; gentle but you can feel a soft burn which is perfect! The affirmations were supportive too, even if i had to go a bit slower than you. I can't do intense because of my health so this really ideal. Again, thank you ☺☺

This was a really good core workout, for which thank you! In future videos, though, I'm wondering if you could refrain from "voicing out" the sequences as you do them, at least if the idea is that people can set their own tempo? It was really distracting to hear you go "one, two, three, four" or "jab, cross, hook, uppercut" while trying to remember where I was in the sequence myself! I'm just not as fast as you... :)
