That’s my dad’s guitar playing used in the background. They misspelled his name but he is Sean Joplin. This is so fucking cool because this came out right before I was born in 2000. Just felt like saying that. Thank you for posting this!!

OMG thx for uploading this = I had one of these when it first came out and recorded my first solo album demo with it = 25th anniversary of that album based on the ideas recorded with this thing coming up :)

Around 2:29 Is that... the original Drum'n'Bass?? Synth-electro built around a steady "chopped" breakbeat. The chords/sounds remind me a lot of Boards of Canada's Geogaddi; it's entirely plausible they own one of these or sampled this record.

@@jafafa Ok, my friend has been searching for 5 months on a item you sold on the steam market. I think it was the Sinister Staining Potassium Bonnet you sold for like $1800. He was wondering who you sold it to cause they cant find the person on backpack because they probably have it in a private inventory. he was really hoping to try and make a deal with the buyer for the item.

@@Cheesy_CoD It was Ender, or an imposter. The name was his, but he's been swearing he didn't buy it, so he's either full of it or someone copied his account name. Bought by a bot, it was up only a few mins before it sold.

The drum track for the final demo song sounds like it could have been pinched from one of Joey Vieira's "Drum Drops" records of the era...the space-drum tom was a trademark of that series of drum loop records

Mid 70's a friend of a friend had brought over his Paia which he built but it was silent. Turns out he got the grounds and hots reversed with every 1/8th jack on the panels. Get the gun out. After that it was my second taste of a synth this time at home for a while.

Arabic flute, ah the belly dance tune "there's a place in France" . What happens when you write in a hurry for such an exhibit at the Chicago Worlds Fair in 1893 and don't copyright it. It's all over player piano rolls in the teens. Is this the solo sound in Del Shannon's early 60's hit Runaway?

Wow! At 2:23 Tads Steakhouse is still there in mid May of 2012! I'd forgotten in what year I stopped at Tads front window with a friend to decide whether to eat there, or at Original Joes, or Lefty O'Douls, when as we looked in the ceiling caved in on the diners with a big white cloud. We moved on and ate elsewhere. I am glad to hear that Tads moved to a nearby cross street, maybe closer to the T-Loin, but beloved Leftys of many memorable meals shut down in 2016, and a wonderful new Original Joes is in North Beach, at Stockton and Union streets, by Washington Square Park.

Amazing, how an analog synthesizer imitates a violin. I can remember an analog synthesizer of East Germany what has a violin setting that sounded extremely convincing.
