He knows whereof he speaks. Allowing someone else to visualize anything you first saw in your own imagination is wicked. They rob and steal your personal visions and replace them with mediocre imitations.

The first time I heard his broadcasts on the radio, I was travelling from one end of Canada to Vancouver Island back in 1995. I was deeply upset when I couldn’t hear him when I got to the next province and a new time zone. Now I listen to him on my tablet. He is sorely missed my me. Thank you Mr Harvey for being you, and your talented way about you for entertaining us

Funny how he says for men to lead and it’s our responsibility, but we all know the elitist groups/royal families have plenty of men behind the destruction we see today. The destruction of the family was done on purpose by elitist groups.

What a wonderful man and truly one of my heroes! I’m in my mid 50’s and grew up with Paul Harvey. I can’t describe how one man can truly love another man he’s never even met, but I did love Paul Harvey, and his passing left an irreplaceable hole / void nobody would ever be able to fill. Even though I’ve lived a mostly great life, there were many days that listening to his news and Rest of the Story broadcasts was the most enjoyable part of my day. Nobody will ever replace that distinguished voice and generational talent to activate one’s imagination as Mr. Paul Harvey. What a legacy!!

He is the greatest orator of many generations, but most of all the greatest generation and their children. Thank God for Paul Harvey and the decades he pontificated to a listening audience that could hear the spoken word and use their imagination to fill in the gaps. Oh, that one could replace him.

Everyone who grew up listening to Paul Harvey and Walter Cronkite knew the truth. They heard it. They lived it. And they believed it.

I've listened to the Late, Great Paul Harvey for over half of my life. Re-listen time and time again to his wise ways of living and communicating and I always will. Whoever wants to be the best man they can possibly be need only do 2 things. Listen to God, then listen to Paul Harvey. Even today Mr. Paul Harvey makes me a better man. Thank God for you Paul Harvey!!!

He wore a toupee, but he could afford it. I met him when his wife was in the nursing home. He was one of the best. He did all his research without a computer, not an easy task back then. He is missed by many.💒

I "discovered" Paul Harvey very late in his career, in my 30's. I'm sad that I wasted my youth listening to others. Sir, you were never saluted by your peers because you had none. Good day.

No one has mentioned that Paul was a man of deep Christian faith and once in awhile would slip in his daily broadcast a snippet of scripture verse or biblical principles. He was always careful not to sound too “religious” knowing most of his listeners were not interested in the gospel so he was respectful of everyone who listened! What great character!

Tell me why don’t they have his broadcasts from the past heard once again on certain radio station outlets across North America so that today’s current youthful generations of people are enlightened by his brilliance intelligence and articulate speeches?!!!!!

There will never in the history of broadcasting nor journalism be another Paul Harvey I have spent countless days listening to your familiar voice, of which will be one of my most lasting memories sir. Rest in peace

Being on both sides of the microphone over 60 years, I have found that a few words now and then are more effective than hours of 'speechifying' every night. It is the mood you set with your voice, not the content of the words you use. THAT is radio !!!!!! Paul Harvey set me on my voyages in radio, and I am grateful !

I listened to Paul Harvey everyday at 12:15 on WHAM in Rochester, NY. I always found the time to sit and pay attention to Mr. Harvey. He had a way of presenting the news without bashing anyone or being a bore to anyone. I still have his story about “And God Made A Farmer.” On my Watch Later list here on KZbin. What a great story.

Jack Dublin hit the nail on the head. This man is considered a God. I was just thinking if my spouse who is 40 knows who he is. Yes, we are in dire straits and not even thinking about fixing it.
