I make bread all the time without yeast, but use almond or coconut or flaxseed flour, and healthy oils, like olive or mct coconut oil and baking powder

I bake bread at home for many many years. To have good and healthy bread takes time. Of course you can have homemade bread. It might be even taste good. But making bread is slow and gentle process. It requires time and LOVE to have good results. Good luck!

I love this bread Ingredients 500-550 g wheat flour (4 cups). 1 tablespoon sugar (1 tablespoon). 2 eggs + 1 yolk. 13 g fresh yeast (1/2 oz). 10 g vanilla sugar (1/2 teaspoon). 125 ml warm water (1/2 cup). 125 ml warm milk (1/2 cup). 5-6 g salt (1/2 teaspoon). 50g butter (11/2 oz). For the filling: 50g butter (11/2 oz). 4 tablespoons brown sugar (4 tablespoons). Knead the dough and let it rest for 50-60 minutes. Shape the buns as shown in the video. Brush with the egg and milk mixture. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 30-35 minutes. Have fun baking!

Absolutely many people in America have no idea how to use the metric system it wasn't even taught to me when I was in school... I can go find a conversion chart and convert Everything but I Noticed that More and More people are posting their recipes with both measurements so many leaders of something and the next to it 3/4 of a cup Just as an example
