I see four types of power meters shown in this video, but only one on your website. Where can I find out about all of the meter options from Wallbox?

Hi! Will you need an additional power meter on the solar inverter, if you want to go full green? By viewing this video it seems you do not need that, but was that the case on previous versions? I think I have heard people mention the need of monitoring the solar inverter itself with a separate energy meter.

Hi @johanssonKarl There is no need to install a meter at the inverter output to activate the Eco-Smart. For our Wallbox chargers only one energy meter is required at the head of the installation.

Llevo MESES intentando que sustituyan mi cargador Pulsar y no hay forma de auq me atiendan. Llevan semanas y semanas atrasando el cambio. No me cogen al teléfono ni responden mis correos. Llevo dos semanas con el cargador de repuesto en mi casa (el cual tuve que ir yo personalmente a recoger a un punto de recogida UPS, no llegó ni a mi casa). NO ME CONTACTAN y todos los días tngo que ir a recargar mi coche a una gasolinera cuando tengo instalado un cargador en mi garaje. NO COMPRÉIS NADA A ESTOS CHORIZOS. No os van dar una correcta atención en caso de problemas. No responden ni toman su responsabilidad.

Wallbox have software problems and I regret buying mine. My new Wallbox Pulsar Plus 40-amp charger was installed by a Qmeret certified electrician and due to bad software, it took numerous calls over almost two weeks to just charge my EV. Still some features don’t work. At the prices Wallbox charges you should not be a beta testing their products. If it wasn’t a hardwired installation I would return the charger.

It's possible that your electrician didn't configure everything properly. Did Qmerit provide an installation guarantee? The electrician should come out and fix it. Otherwise you could probably exchange it by contacting Wallbox.
