I see four types of power meters shown in this video, but only one on your website. Where can I find out about all of the meter options from Wallbox?

Hi! Will you need an additional power meter on the solar inverter, if you want to go full green? By viewing this video it seems you do not need that, but was that the case on previous versions? I think I have heard people mention the need of monitoring the solar inverter itself with a separate energy meter.

Hi @johanssonKarl There is no need to install a meter at the inverter output to activate the Eco-Smart. For our Wallbox chargers only one energy meter is required at the head of the installation.

I have this charger and power meter but some update must have broken it, power boost won't work at all, now it's like the power meter doesn't read the used current at all and so the charger uses more energy than what is available. Online info is scarce on the N1CT, I followed the video to check the installation but it was absolutely correct and customer service answers are kinda slow. Not happy.

Sure, case number is 00624097 , final answer from support was to contact the car dealer who sold me the wallbox to change the meter under warranty, but this seems impossible because the N1CT meter doesn't seem to be sold separately, I would have to ask for the whole unit to be replaced and car dealers aren't exactly adept at warranty claims.
