Centre section and back box is common to the 1.2 VW Polo, but for the Polo application, the hangers are in the wrong place 😢

The exhaust is stock. The sleeve that you were talking about are common for corroding and leaking as a result. Bain of my life as a VW technician. This has to be the best and funniest video i have ever seen🤣 youse two are comical more videos needed!!!!

G'day again. I was able to pry the click system loose by pressuring it on a tree branch, it clicked itself loose so the pole was able to be extended. Perhaps the best idea is to store the pole between jobs, without the extension pole being 'clicked into position' during storage. Its very cold in Sydney and maybe it was just frozen stiff!

Gday, v disappointed with my Polo attachement too..the cleaning squezy just falls of the click mechanism when cleaning simple windows. My pole is stuck today, unable to pull it out. Big trees to cut, now wasting time on You Tube > how to fix a Wolf Garten stuck pole.? Yours won't click IN, mine wont click OUT!

Timing chain/ tensioner or lifters that’s what it sounds like in this video. Wouldn’t say it’s a compression leakage issue. Mass air flow sensor can make it run like shit too, easy to clean couple bolts holding it In. Lots of videos on how to clean on yt

The reason for the brake pipe being tight on full lock is because you have it jacked up on stands and the front suspension is at full travel, once weight is back on the vehicle the pipe with have plenty of slack. Nice job tho, make a change to see people torque things to spec.

The product instructions were followed to the letter. A tuck pointer was used to compress the material as much as humanly possible without it just pushing up and out of the joint again.

I need to do the rear subframe on my jeep again. Did it 8 years ago but rust is coming through. I will try the rust neutraliser you used to start the process. I too am a fan of red oxide, or red lead as they used to call it. They don't paint oil rigs with it for nothing. How old is your Isuzu?

Working on rides outside in Britain is how to make a 1 day (that includes setting time for coats) job take half a week. A bit of reality here for people that think the bed on a truck is hugely secure and sturdy. It is held on with a hand full of bolts that our little island loves to rust out. Remember that next time you are behind a banger van or pick up with a huge load of appliances and couches in it. There are 6 rusty bolts between that bed and you, give em a few extra car lengths of you cant pass. Cheers for the video.

Six M12x1.25 bolts for the tub, the fuel filler neck and four wiring connectors for the rear lights and numberplate lamps.

Enjoying the videos! Try replacing the O Ring on the bulb holder with a bigger one, I found a modern domestic radiator bleed valve one fits just fine. It stops the bulb holder being so sloppy.

That’s why it’s cheap and easy to make your own with copper! The original steel pipes are installed to a bare body so very hard to remove on a complete car!

Definitely bmw want your money I did mine 6gt changed the battery And after driving the car for 40-50 miles The fault code cleared from my dashboard £62 for the battery from bmw And 1 hour work Note :for sedan model will take you 10 minutes to replace the battery

Yea, thats so as you take it to a dealership and they can charge hundreds of pounds for £ 70 job. Which is expensive enough for a battery change anyway

BMW do it so they can make money after sales so the user keep coming back for a £60 battery even few year so the workshop makes £350 to £600 to fit a £60 battery ,,,, you should of opened the box and retrofit / replace the internal battery with some £3 Duracell that would of made an interesting video,, sticking it to the man even rewire the white box so the battery now lives outside the roof liner giving the finger to BMW money grabbing marketing department… stealer dealers do this kind of thing when they sell a cheap car and they want to make more money in the after sales department the Mercedes, Aclass was one of those that set the standard of recouping cost after sales…. ❤

Nice find guys! The mirrors are a nice extra and sold separately go for good money! To clean the shell use some Cif and a Brillo pad it will bring the shell up a treat! The boot liner is original but missing some plastic strips that run along the top. You guys are hilarious!
