The answer is yes, however, most of the cards will be worthless, and particularly worthless on the English market, as I can attest to how we feel like Japanese cards are fakes. We don't like them because we cannot read them. They don't really sell for these reasons. BUT. But they do hold great value if they happen to have beloved pokémon on them in addition to the master ball pattern. I would argue full art trainer cards will still do relatively well because people love their waifu stuff, but you're looking for masterball Pikachu or Eevee. Alt art Charizard, Venusaur, and Blastoise might sell if you also have the alts for their evolution line. I am speaking as the type of person you'd be trying to sell to. I don't have years of collecting experience or hard Ebay numbers, but I'm telling you, sell sets. Not singles. I won't pay a 100 USD + tax for Japanese alt Charizard, but I will pay that for the full evo line. That's a tip from a potential buyer for you. Also please don't grade them, in my opinion. The cases they ship back in are ugly. If I'm buying to own, I don't care if it's PSA 10 or 5.
