When gamestop is offering this much savings from market price you just know ebay is killing the sellers with the fees and taxes

$25/year not per month

My best gamestop pickup to date. July... PSA 9 Pikachu Magikarp Poncho for $950.... flipped it for 1350. Sick score!
@PokemonFamClubАй бұрын
Wow, great pickup! I never caught that one posted.. the good ones go quick.

Pro is legit, that’s all I know. You get $5 free every month. Don’t even need to make a purchase. It’s basically a free sleeved booster every month. No purchase needed!! There’s a few by me but ones RIGHT next to my wal mart. I do forget some months but I try to sneak in and snag some sleeved boosters for free!
@oyamastradingАй бұрын
Really surprised me. I checked this for the first time at your recommendation and there was a PSA 10 burning shadows Wicke for about $400 before tax for pro members. Recent solds were $725 and $550.. snapped it right up. I’m gonna be checking regularly now!

I'm getting some flack, because there are definitely bad prices on there as they're working out the kinks, but there are definitely deals to be had, and they go quick. Just need to really do the research of prices before buying.
@oyamastradingАй бұрын
@@PokemonFamClub Eh don't mind the flack. You know how KZbin comments are. Some people can agree with or enjoy 99% of the video but there's one 5 second part they disagree with so they Dislike and leave a negative comment. >98% of the people watching this video picked up that you weren't suggesting everything in Gamestop's graded marketplace is a guaranteed steal.

Just picked up a gengar vmax psa9 for 250 and a arceus v alt art psa9 for 24 dollars!! Great deals
@PokemonFamClubАй бұрын
Nice snags, there is a lot of cool stuff on there, but the best stuff moves fast. I'm sure a lot of vendors are keeping tabs on it, so they can stock for card shows.
@famicommike9014Ай бұрын
Im glad they started taking cards in and hope they start taking CGC soon. I was able to get rid of a bunch of cheaper PSA cards i got 2 years ago to GS and got a few 10s i was after. As an ex GS employee i will say this, Good job GS!

Im happy with the Gamestop card entry era! I think its a great way for people that dont want to deal with online idiots doing funny business. I want gamestop to thrive and stay alive!! Its just one of the last few places to see the kind of stuff I enjoy to look at in person!! Great deals! The last one was $200 when I just looked! On my radar now for sure!

Price charting averages extend to far back which skews the baseline price. Card prices matters within the last month not the last 6, 6 months of time can cause cards to crash. I average the last 10 sales form 130 point, by far the most accurate price. Usually if not always 20% less than whatever price charting has them listed at.
@PokemonFamClubАй бұрын
That's a fair evaluation of gamestops metric, which could possibly work both against the price and in your favor. Just need to research like you do before buying anything. There are lots of bad deals on there, the good ones sell fast.
@gmgrindingwithnocontent551217 күн бұрын
whats the fee when over 200$ for an example? And when you ask for money, will they pay over 1200 from their limit on buying cards? And do you need both sleeves and card savers on them
@rukawa005Ай бұрын
Shhhh this is where I've been picking up some bangers lately, now the secret's out! Haha jk, GS is killing it with their graded cards, especially for Pro members. I've sold a few, and that was a good experience as well.
@baldplate31Ай бұрын
Just checked them out. Way over priced. They’re posting Japanese grade 10s for 190-240 claiming market value is 280 when the cards been selling everywhere else for 105-115. Lmao
@PokemonFamClubАй бұрын
They deffinitly struggle with pricing a lot of cards. They had the Japanese Stamp Box promo way off. However, when they get it right or under value something, I think great deals can be found. They move quick though, I'm sure a lot of resellers are watching and when they can take a 15% profit right away, they're going for it.

Wow I forgot how much of a discount we get as a pro member!

GameStop’s market prices for some slabs are way off. It’s a shame they rely on Card Ladder, as its price data comes from multiple sources.

Yes they have a crown zenith forme Palkia psa 10 for 586 which is Fucken nuts
@MatterahfactАй бұрын
yea I looked at card ladder cant even find a number of cards info lol

If your a pro member you don’t have to pay for the shipping so keep that in mind
@JSins6D9Ай бұрын
Yeah try putting the filter at prices high to low. They have a PSA 10 Palkia vstar from crown zenith at $500 with the “market price” listed at $618. 😅 they have a bunch of cards listed like this so they need to figure some bugs out in the system.

@joshvaughan8942Ай бұрын
I appreciate the enthusiasm, but every card I have looked at is far above market value. Sometimes 100-200%!!!!
@PokemonFamClubАй бұрын
There's lots of bad deals on there, seems they are working out their pricing. They had the stamp box promo valued at like 450. I was going to buy one for 350 on ebay and sell it to them, however, they just figured it out this week and now they only pay 260 for them, so they seem to be making corrections. The good deals go fast and people just need to research the market value before buying.
@bbq1040Ай бұрын
Slabs just don't do it for me. You can find pristine cards at card shops, and I've even had pretty good luck with tcg player, without paying the graded premium. Also, I don't enjoy looking at a psa 7 less than a 10. I don't look at the cards with a magnifying glass when enjoying artworks.
