Done! This task really made me think about the things that I exclusively manage in our home & life. For example, I handle all of our personal finances & accounts plus my own business accounts. I realized that if I was unable to do these financial management tasks, my husband probably has forgotten the account numbers & passwords & wouldn't know what to do. So I created a sheet with all the financial account info. And of course, I showed him my binder so he knows where to find it.

Done! I do agree that it's important to be intentional & rushing isn't always the best. But this is a bit contradictory to FlyLady rule #8 which is that you should get things done as quickly as possible.

Thanks for the rules! I find #6 is especially hard, as I'm always trying to multi-task, thinking that I'm getting more done. But I believe it's been proven scientifically that you're more productive by doing 1 thing at a time.

Np and yes! This was me too! But definitely has been studied and proven not to mention I notice when multi tasking things are not done as well as when fully focusing on the one task
