Done! I do agree that it's important to be intentional & rushing isn't always the best. But this is a bit contradictory to FlyLady rule #8 which is that you should get things done as quickly as possible.

Hmm that’s true but perhaps she means to focus on the task in stead of bouncing around quickly between task that’s a great point though good catch ! 😊
