Oh man, that was really sad to watch :( I completely understand how disappointing this must’ve been. Please know that we monitor weather forecasts daily, but sometimes things are simply out of our control. We’re truly sorry for what happened and genuinely hope you’ll give us another chance. We’ll do everything we can to ensure a much better experience next time.

Summer before last I ordered 8 CPD from LRB in FL to me in MT. Ordered 8 days before the 4th of July. After 13 days all 8 made it alive. Not happy though.

They don't anymore, they did once a loooong time ago. I'm actually in the market for longfin white clouds for a breeding project though.

I just hate when duckweed gets shipped, i try ti make sure i dont send any, that didn’t look like they even tried😂 nice stuff chuck! -EDIT ALSO in my experience the neocaradina wont breed Well, not as prolific… below 70 f they will live fine cooler. Thanks for the video🙂👍🏻

@@pelhamsaquatics Same! I try to never send duckweed, if I can avoid it. I'm hoping to seal up the fishroom more so itll hold a better temperature, but until then, they'll have to deal... I'm not putting heaters back in anywhere. My electric bill almost halved without them running.

@pelhamsaquatics Very! I'm sure my fish, etc weren't excited about the lower temps but, winter will eventually end lol. I have a little bit of caulking to do and I'm tempted to board up the windows entirely, but I like how the sun comes up right before my lights kick on. It gives them a more natural thing...

@@radenawinsbury1562 Definitely NOT sterile. I typically sell trios (2 female/1 male), but lately they've been producing far more males to females, so I've been selling packs of males only. This entire tank started from 1 female guppy and 1 male endler, now theyve just become an un-ending colony.

Do you keep your blower on 24 7 ? If you're able to extend it closer to the wall and add a second heat run near the other exterior wall, I recommend it. You should have a better chance at balancing the space

I have it set to 75, it kicks on when the thermostat upstairs hits 73, then runs as long as needed. There is actually another that runs behind the tanks now, im going to add a T and a valve to it and run one to the other side of the tanks, but that'll have to wait a while for funds to build back up.

I originally turned the ventilation down, rather than up into a register. Where it WAS pointing at, unfortunately, was heating one rack (and the brine shrimp) to 76° and the others (far CPD tank and snails at the opposite end) to only 68°-70°... Hoping this helps to disperse it more evenly.
