Күн бұрынOrdered on Jan. 2nd, but "couldn't be shipped because there was snow in the forecast". So, they waited until Jan. 22nd, the coldest day for Years, to ship.... I'm quite disappointed....

Oh man, that was really sad to watch :( I completely understand how disappointing this must’ve been. Please know that we monitor weather forecasts daily, but sometimes things are simply out of our control. We’re truly sorry for what happened and genuinely hope you’ll give us another chance. We’ll do everything we can to ensure a much better experience next time.
