How much? Same as a Normal house? Would love to look into something like this for my kids as they get old enough to live alone and pay rent. ((Not gonna make them find a $1.6k place ehen i can help make it cheaper)

Nice and everything but doesn’t look like would work in the Northeast weather … winter , I like to see something more like a permanent sewage pipe connection as well as water lines , to be ready to install and insulate .. can be made like that ?

@@RaymondMercier-s8o this was a professional shipper that the customer hired. It doesn't need to be a semi as the house only weighed 20k but a semi was available and it makes it easier with wind displacement

@ ahh that makes sense then! I’m sure a ford f350 even go as far as a f550 could manage that no problem! I’m not sure the weight of my 8x13. But I don’t think I’ll tow and just have it placed on a flat deck and moved once just to be safe. What did it cost you to move it to the property? It’s fairly pricey here in Canada so my next build if I don’t take this one with me will be towable and I’ll have a proper truck to do so or just build it when I get to my property and live in my mini while my bigger gets build over a summer! Doing all the work myself as tiny builders are here do us and way to over priced out here! Like 100k on the low end and I’ve seen some pressing that 180-200k mark and the value just isn’t there and I don’t get to be hands on which doesn’t suit me as I love to build and it’s an expierence! I would say when this 8x13 is done maybe between 5-10,000lbs which isn’t to bad.

Never had one, but from a bunch of videos: PROS: it’s good for occasional use and cheaper/simpler than other options. CONS: Fir regular use, the special cassettees needed can get annoying, for both cost and taking up space. And a few say the whole unit can break after a few years use and won’t work.

@@JuanSalazar-j316 watch the video again and you'll see a couch on the opposite side of the house, the TV is mounted on a 42" articulating arm that it can swing out in front of the doors. At its position now it's perfect to watch while cooking in the kitchen

If you read all comments, you will see that the creator says he installed a sewer line and got rid of this toilet on the same day he filmed this video!! He said there were many problems with it. WTH? Why didn’t he tell us the bad about this toilet? I just purchased the Laveo last week based on this video. This is just wrong.

@@jeaniej9370 we actually had the laveo toilet in our tiny house for a long time. Installing a sewer line was always a part of the plan so I planned to do the video before I removed the toilet so I could have as much experience with it as possible and I tried to do the video in a non bias way to allow people to come to their own conclusions if it was right for them. It's still a great solution for many circumstances, it's just very pricey over the long run

we have one at are recreation property that is on top of the mountain we absolutely love it we do wish they had different cartridge sizes like 5 for when we are up there for a night so we dont wast so many bags i did email the company about this its diffently easy and clean way to go to the bathroom clean up is also easy i do put it all in an extra sack just cuz we do carry it down off the mountain for my own piece of mind thanks for making an awesome product we also like the pee powder it turns it into a thick gel
