I noticed that extra steel framing near the tongue. Is that to support something in this design or to help reinforce the tongue side of the trailer bed? thanks!

This is for a bumpout in our design, we made the bumpout 56" wide and 34" deep so we can have a finished interior bumpout that is 48" wide x 30" deep. This will hold our washer dryer and some cabinets for storage in the bathroom. The tongue itself being 10" I beams is about as strong as you can possibly get, the trailer as a whole is extremely rigid which helps with all the massive doors and windows we have on this tiny house.
