I was one of those who bought World Adrift, played it for a little bit, saw the great potential for the game, even bought a second copy for my girlfriend. we both decided to wait around for more updates.... sadly it didn't go well the last time for the game.... [and for that relationship XD]

I really hope Lost Skies will have a way to host your own public dedicated servers

I never played this game, however I was obsessed with it when I was younger and used to binge everyone who played it on yt, and I can’t wait to actually play it

I’m a bit sad to find out it’s not going to be mmo like it once was, huge part of the charm of the game was taking that gamble and interacting with others

man i remember when bossa emailed keys for their concept games which never came out :( im really stoked for lost skies because i played the heck out of world adrift back then

Miss this game so much mw and my friends had so much fun playing this from flying through the sand wall on nothing but a tree trunk to making a ship with a bucket to steal engines we didnt have the research for, such a cool game

I played about 75 hours back when the game first came out, then lost interest. I picked it up again after Worlds I came out, and I can't quit playing now. Bro, get you a freighter (preferably a Pirate Dreadnought) and a fleet of ships. Having a dreadnought is awesome, and sending the fleet out on expeditions is like a mini-game that earns you cool rewards and tons of money. You can even rename the ships and level them up. Managing my fleet has become one of my favorite parts of the game. With a freighter, you can also recruit a squadron of up to four ships that will swoop in and assist you anytime you enter battle. They don't do a ton of damage, but they take some heat off you, and it's just cool to have a team fly in and fight by your side. Having a freighter adds so much to the game. You can even build a massive base on it and make it your home. I recently got an S class Pirate Dreadnought, a fleet of 30 ships, and a squadron of Vy'keen fighters, and all I want to do now is play NMS. And the freighter thing is just one aspect of the game. There is SO MUCH to NMS. Okay, rant over. Thanks for the video. =)

One of my favorite games. I still reminisce about this game every now and then. I'm waiting for it to make its return
