I was like omg the lag. Thinking about it, that tracks. I was getting lag from streaming source on Discord even on a 4090 with most games. Streaming as well as internet eats the performance.

I was actually on HEN 3.11 and this still worked perfectly. I deleted the previous version of PKGI and installed Playstation 2 Classics Vault/ PS2CV Store of the latest version which is v 1.3.5. v1.3.5 works for HEN 3.11. I did get nothing shown and config error but click on refresh 1 or 2 times and games should pop up like mine hopefully. If you get a HTTPs error just download the game again and it showed a 8 digit hours and minutes (8474543687 hours and 422835357 minutes) even when it showed 100% done. Just let it download for an hour or so and it will eventually say successfully downloaded and the game should be good. Install at the package manager, network content and done. Games downloaded and tested are Sonic Riders Zero Gravity and Disney Meet The Robinsons. Downloading Remember Me for the PS3 right now. Oddly couldn't find Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban even though it was shown to be available in the store. This is useless, they won’t give you all of your money back if you try to refund it, also, the sonic games I wanna play are laggy even though they run just fine for the flipping original hardware I play it ON! The fact that most games are just romhacks and not the real deal is even more scummy. Also, where’s the variety? Where’s N64? Dreamcast? DS? More GBA Games would be nice.
