So glad I got my Vita hacked before I went abroad. Big thank you to the modding/coding community for keeping the Vita alive. Sony deserve no thanks for what they did, they put it out there and put zero investment to it. They turned it into an accessory for the PS4

As far as I have checked it’s not possible. It utilizes ARMv8 & the current ports run on a minimalistic v6 & 7 environment.
