I have a scar down my back when one of those chairs broke when I sat in it. The chair was 4 years old and I am 185 lbs. I would recommend never refinishing those chairs. Get rid of them if they are looking old. I will never buy them again.

A quarter cup in one and a half gallons of water sprayed will take elder box beetles out of the air, dead when they hit the ground. Two gallons of white vinegar, two cups of epsom salts, plus a quarter cup of blue dawn kills grass better than Roundup and doesn’t cause cancer…

If Dawn kills wasps and other insects, what does it do to humans? How does it affect humans and how does it affect our dishes, especially if it cannot be rinsed off thoroughly?

When working at oil refineries, I'd use Dawn to clean my hands. At home, I mix Dawn with any liquid fertilizer, plant spray or weed killer. It makes the water "wetter" helping it cut the oily/waxy coating on weed leaves. It also helps the fertilizers penetrate the ground to the grass roots.

Kills squash bugs on contact. Little dawn and some water in a spray bottle. Ya.

yes, knew about this (about 2 yrs ago) but from watching videos like yours. another good way to use this method is try it with a car foaming bottle with your pressure washer set to max foam if you have some good sized nest fully built as this can shoot a good 20 feet keeping you safe and the foam is soo thick they dont have a chance :)

NOT JUST WASPS! Years ago I bathed my dogs with dawn since they had an oily dander - I noticed as soon as a dawn sud touched a flea it was dead. So I tried it on spiders, works great!!! Then in the spring when the ants came in my house I used it on them with 100% success. I didn't like the ant spray {poison} inside anyway and I kept dawn mixed with water in a little spray bottle for cleaning anyway. Most people refuse to believe this but try it, it's awesome.

I had heard of it but never seen it in action.

It doesn’t have to be Dawn. It’s expensive compared to the cheap stuff. You can use any liquid soap. You can use this mixture on any insect with an exoskeleton. Such as wasp,ants,roaches,crickets, beetles or any insect with a hard body.

We always got nests under our propane tank lid. I spray inside the lid with soapy water (Dawn) and the soap residue keeps them from building there.

Dawn is good for aaallll kinds of things

I did not know it would do that but now I will use it, but I did know this for black mold. You can use white vinegar down dish soap and spray it and it’ll kill the mold a little bit of water a little bit of warm water, I think yeah. And if you want to get rid of the little roach bugs that most people call water bugs in the east Tennessee, you can use. I have gallon white vinegar spray bottle now like you had to pump up and dish soap, but and cinnamon ground cinnamon mix it up in it spray around and it’ll get rid of them water bugs , oh something like a floor cleaning soap like mop and soap or mop floor
