Having just embarked on this journey I curious why Raymond Weil is never mentioned. (Ball also)

NEVER BUY PIZZA from your local takeaway , they all use vegetable seed oils chemically processed by fossil fuels , which are extremely dangerous damaging and poisonous to the human body . If you like pizza, make it from scratch with organic whole foods, otherwise you are killing yourself off quicker than you can say Robinson Crusoe 🙄 🤔 . 99.9 % of all takeaway food has chemically processed dangerous seed oils in everything they make , from your Italian to your Chinese takeaway . The only way to avoid food like this from your takeaway is to buy a jacket potato with nothing on it , and if it's its not organic your still talking a risk in eating it . 🙄 🤔 🫣 The moral of the story , don't buy and eat food from local takeaways , not unless you can 100% VERIFYING the ingredients in the food 🙄 🤔 . Your life today is literally a ticking time bomb . if you don't scrutinise and filter everything bad out that you partake of that is literally going into your body everyday , including the local chemically contaminate to the human body , tap water supply , and 99 % of all supermarket foods and processed foods . 🙄 🤔 🫣 . Example , 99.9 % of all mass market bread is dangerous to your health with adatives, binders and chemically processed dangerous seed oils , exactly the same with all mass marketed chocolate , cakes and biscuits 99.9% . Literally everything , even your basic milk today , if it's non organic , today is dangerous to your health because it is ladened and laced with chemicals 🤔 🙄 🫣 . Averything from Heinz tinned soups to fresh soups contain dangerous additives binders & extras . Almost Everything you buy to eat is long term detrimental and extremely bad for human consumption if you don't look at the ingredients contained list , you may as well literally hang yourself . This really is how bad mass market food classed as fit for human consumption literally really is today 🤔 🙄 🫣 .

Finally subscribed to the channel. What a joyous relief from the endless TGV vanity project videos. Your Everyman double entendre approach mixed with both high and low brow humour is a far more entertaining and engaging way for me to learn about poncy watches. Superb

Great video, very accurate analysis. In my 4.5 years in the game as a watch collector and enthusiast, I collected a lot from MAMACOO I was thinking I was able to get a blue SD but I'm not vip enough, but I'm not giving up. Hehe. Great video.

got my 39mm with the white dial on the 3-link "Bader" bracelet watch on MAMACOO 3 weeks ago and am loving it to pieces. Absolute fantastic watch that wears super comfortable on my 6.75 inch wrist. Chose the 3-link over the 5-link bracelet for the toolless quick adjustment. Way more comfortable than my Longines Hydroconquest 41 mm.

Rolex appears to be experiencing the same thing that Harley-Davidson did in the 1990s, where wait lists for a new bike stretched as long as two years and used bike prices rocketed. For certain models, you actually had to already own a HD bike to trade in before you could buy a new one after a very long wait. In many cases the lists were so long they could only guarantee you the model you wanted, but the color and/or options were whatever was delivered when your number came up. It wasn't until HD retooled and increased their production did waiting lists vanish and used bike priced came down to acceptable levels. What people are now realizing about Rolex is there is no shortage - production remains high and used models abound. The wave has already crested - now is NOT the time to buy.

if I had a nickel for every watch person I enjoy the content of pick up a Breguet Tradition this month, I'd have two nickels... which isn't a lot, but amusing nonetheless.

I'd love the cassio calculator watch if it had solar and either atomic time keeping or GPS time keeping. MY 2008 Cassio GW-9200-1 has been my favorite watch ever, the garmin Instinct 2X is giving it a run for its money, but the cassio is still my favorite. The garmin would win top dog if it didnt require sending all of my health data to garmin, and anyone who hacks them for many of these features to work. I was also very dissapointed in the workout tracking for weight lifting, i had done 100 curls of 50lbs on each arm and it only clocked in 18 curls, so i removed the app from my phone and reset the watch (you lose some features over out of box if you connect it to your phone, then disconnect, as opposed to never connecting in the first place) The cassio had the same ability to indicate when a strorm was coming, even without an internet connection using a barometer and thermometer, the main difference here is that garmin (can) compare this to GPS to see if your altitude is also changing, making it more accurate at detecting high/low pressure fronts

I don't care who choose what but; You buy Rolex to impress others, while you buy GS to impress yourself although you will still hear compliments from very few watch lovers with refined taste. I do enjoy watching the blue waves on my Lake Suwa that represents gentle waves in the early morning hours when a breeze stirs the long, shallow lake. Moreover, no Chinese workshop can imitate the smooth movement of the second hand of a spring drive. Nowadays, more than half of the Rolexes are fake but you cannot differentiate whether it is fake or original. The other day, I saw a delivery boy with a two tone day date jubilee. Also, a C level manager that I know, also bought 250 Euro fake submariner since he thought that no one thinks that he would buy a fake Rolex. To me, Rolex is cringe.

Watch depths are just part of the equation. A 50M watch will be fine at 50M.... The problem comes in when you move the watch. A static 50M pressure is easy, but when you are at 50M and then move your arm through the water, it is easy to put more than 50M worth of pressure on the watch.

It’s a bit like comparing The Seventh Seal to ET. Grand Seiko may have great history, exquisite hand finishing, and exceptional craftsmanship - like a top drawer arthouse film maker. But ultimately, how many misses vs hits are there in their current collection? I find myself scrolling through all of their watches (of which there are many), and if you were in the market, at a push, you might wear four or five. And you might only truly desire a couple. With Rolex, you’re getting a Spielberg film. Everyone wants to watch it, you know it’s going to be made well by someone who knows their trade inside out. Scroll through the Rolex catalogue and it’s a very shortly list picking out the watches you wouldn’t want to wear or own. Fair enough, you might need a relative to die and a windfall to come your way in order to own a Rolex, but if it ever happens, two words you’ll never lose sleep over are ‘zuratsu’ and ‘polishing.’ Despite all of this, if I have the means, the next watch I buy will either be the GS Elegance GMT or the Snowflake 😊
