I love your BTS videos! So helpful, and your minimal approach aligns with my style. By the way I would be more than happy to be your BTS shooter if you're ever in need of one, if your current shooter is unavailable. I'm seriously available 🙂

Hey Adam I've noticed you dont use ND filters on most of your shoots, do you just crank the shutter and leave wide open? Awesome videos BTW

Loved this! It’s so so awesome to see someone with a successful business working minimally and having great relationships with your clients. I have the same drone and I was thinking of upgrading this year but like you say, it does the job for establishing shots. Would love to see a work flow of how you use stills for details (if you haven’t already done this). Keep them coming!!! Sian (truly madly films). 🙏🏼

Aw thanks Sian! Glad you enjoyed it ☺️ It’s a great little drone. I’m sure I’ve discussed stills somewhere in an old video but probably due an updated version!

How you film handheld like a photographer is beyond me! I just can't do it, my footage is just too shaky. I use a gimbal or monopod. How you bring just a backpack gezzz. I bring to roller bags and light stands. ❤

Nice work, I was watching your BTS, and well done on getting these shots. Do you think a lens with OSS would help a bit of stabilization or not worth it? I ask because I try handheld but can't get to stable shots like yours. I have a fx30 + sigma 18-50mm and looking to purchase a prime lens now.
@AdamWingFilms10 күн бұрын
Yeah should make a slight difference, the Zeiss lens are built to work with the Sony ibis so as a combo it works well

@@AdamWingFilms Right, but the Zeiss yours doesnt have OSS, so thats nice that you get good stable shots.... I might take a chance on a lens with OSS for the purpose of going handheld.... I will look for one. Thank you!

Adam, three questions please: 1) Do you shoot slog3? If not, what do you shoot? 2) I noticed that you have set the 2.35:1 lines ( I believe that's what it is). Do you always aim to frame the main subject within those lines? 3) What happens when you don't have enough space on the front, in terms of the lens you use on your main camera (monopod)? Do you swap to say 35mm at all? BONUS question (lol): do you manual focus? For example, during bride entrance? TIA so much.
@AdamWingFilms11 күн бұрын
1) no, pp1 on the Sony cameras 2) yes I compose for those lines so I can see what the final shot will look like. 3) generally not, I’d just physically move back, I’ve never been in a situation where the 55mm Is unusably tight. For the ceremony for example, if it was really that tight, I’d probably consider filming from the back.
@AdamWingFilms11 күн бұрын
