Cops started off wrong!!.. You don't walk up on somebody and start feeling on them... You verify if they were the actual thieves first... The store should've been cited for falsifying the 911 call.. It wasn't an armed robbery and no store employee was assaulted.. I hope they sued EVERYBODY...
