I feel you! ComfyUI can be challenging at first, but once it clicks, it’s an incredible experience. I was in the same place as you not too long ago, and I believe a lot of the initial struggle comes from its UI and process being so different from what we're used to. The frustration is totally normal-just like when you first started using Photoshop or After Effects. It takes some time, but eventually, it all comes together. Or you can get pretty far using something like Forge which is a much prettier experience.

Its nothing new either. The concept with neural networks was invented in the 60s or something. It just that we now have cpu almost capable of running it. In ten years you can remake a old game with just a shader most likely.

Instead of using a preview image node, you can use the save image node. Alternatively, you can also right click the image you want to save and click "save image"

Try checking to see if you have Flux Dev installed correctly in your comfyUI models subfolder.

I just tried it. I asked for a really simple model. A greek sculpture resting. They came out without fface or 3 arms. Its like early stages of image generation. It definitely needs more traiining.

I'm not a legal expert but I think you should be fine for most of these cases. Some AI models are not available for commercial use but the plugins featured in this video are ready for commercial settings. Hope that helps!
