I wish I could recommend Pinokio but a lot of users have found that it messes up their comfyUI, doesn't update properly, and fails to install custom nodes from time to time.

I don't understand how one can use a trained Lora. if I would generate an image with my Lora using runpod, Runway would still not have the lora and generate something else right? Or would it pick up the generated image? Or can you upload the Lora to runway somehow? I have a custom character we animated and so far I have not been using any AI video stuff because it seems it cannot take your own lora? Let me know your thoughts (for a noob)

I just wish everyone would stop using the word AI its just a marketing buzz word by tech companies. There is NO AI lol. It's just machine learning or actually pre-rendering on a set of variables with very fast cloud based processing. Remember Blockchain and everyone used the word blockchain because it was the buzzword of the day, who even talks about it today lol. All this BS about everything being AI is just that BS lol.

Haha that's our personal LoRA trained on us. We're not releasing it at the moment. You should use a LoRA trained on yourself.

I use the app called Luma AI, its much more simpler, and only uses Iphone, I did some museum scans and also some people scans for 3d printing. But I would like to try this technique too, thanks for your video. Subbd

This would have taken less time with photoshop 🤔it's just taking the heads and putting them on different bodies. If it was a complete remodel of yourself ok cool. But copying your head on LeBron body🤷🏽♂️

It's a complete remodel. You can generate yourself as anything. So you could keep the same clothes, body type, skin, etc. If you check out the later example with the Paris photo, you'll see it even generates my backpack and our heights accurately. The fact it looks like a head replacement is impressive because technically everything is made from scratch.

Is it possible to use two different LoRAs for two people? For example, if I have a LoRA of myself and one of my wife, can I apply both separately rather than combining them into one? I'd like to use my LoRA with a strength of 1.0, my wife’s LoRA with a strength of 1.0, and add a realistic LoRA with a strength of 0.2. Would this setup work?

The best results I've found have been with two people trained in one LoRA. I've tried the separate loras but ran into some character bleeding. Regional Prompting helps but at the moment it is experimental. We posted our findings, workflows, and results on our Patreon.

This program is total rubbish. It takes you hours to get the right people. You can use the same images prompt and at times they will develop a cartoon or a whole different looking person. When you add an image they turn out cartoon. I would not waste my time with this. You will never be able to make a video unless you spend hours upon hours trying to get something that might be close.
