As long as its been frozen for a certain amount of time, it isnt harmful.Also, for dogs, same with raw chicken. Freeze for 3 days, and its liver and heart and gizzards and you can feed it to your dogs. Raw chicken is excellent for them and raw bones won't harm them. Cooked bones are splintery, raw is soft. Raw beef and beef parts are the same.
