Lauren Fisher - Back competing in NorCal!

Hey KZbin FAM! It's been awhile since I created a KZbin Vlog and what better way to celebrate getting back with a vlog than a CrossFit competition at NorCal Classic in Rancho Cordova, California. I haven't competed in Northern California since the 2012 CrossFit Regionals. Feels like forever ago and I loved the vibe at this comp. Felt like the good old CrossFit days!
