@@tyjames2152 they’re 7” risers for 1” 1/8 bars with Renthal 999 fat bars. And I haven’t done anything to the forks yet, still stock!

Thats a sick bike. Ive got an 03 too and glad i found your channel. Id love to have some renthals on mine but i can’t find a 999 fatbar? I guess different ones would work but the clamp lengths got to be right.

Yes, they’re the same size. I didn’t have to change anything for the front 13 spoke mag. For the rear 13 spoke mag, I have a 99 older wheel. I had to order a kit from Vulcan Works the comes with the correct spacers and adapter rings. I don’t have a video about it

The bars are Renthal 999’s, with 7” risers from Amazon

Yes sir, it definitely picked up bottom through top end, more noticeably than I expected. Especially throttle response, bottom end through the mid range. I’m happy with it so far!

Yes sir! It doesn’t get in the way of my foot or anything. And they are 14.75 bolt to bolt on the bike. So basically 15”! They’re just standard Progressive shocks

This is exactly why I wanted to do this video! I couldn’t find a single good video of the pipe on a 03 or older bike. And as far as performance, bolting it on my bone stock 1200, no jetting, stock air cleaner and all, it is significantly better from bottom end through the top. Most noticeably bottom end, mid range, and throttle response. I plan on doing a follow up video with a review and how it’s done so far. And once I get an air cleaner, jet kit, and ignition, I plan to do a dyno/ overall performance video on it all paired to the stock 1200 engine.

@DesTroy818 Sounds like a good pipe for sure! I have an 05 883 with a big sucker on it and some shitty pipes. I plan on doing the hammer 1275 kit in the fall but I think I'll get this pipe sometime soon. It sounds great. I love that it isn't obnoxiously loud but has a nice performance sounding rumble to it

Haha used to love loud pipes had 3 HD's 05' 883l shortys no baffles 09' 1200l screamn eagle slips ,13' fxdb vancenhines bigshots tuned an installed before the California crack down on pipes DB levels ,all loud an proud now gone with time an reasons , but just bought another 🙌🏽, recently a 09' xl883l came with 2n1 bassani exhaust an i absolutely love the tone an rumble to it an enough sound to where it's not to obnoxious.

@@gypsywolf2600 that’s awesome man! I really like the sound of that Bassani 2-1! Those pipes are really good. If I didn’t get the stealth 2-1, I probably would have gotten the Bassani. So far, I’m stoked on the Stealth pipe. I’m going to do another video on it soon

Just seeing your comment, hopefully you got it figured out by now. But on my YZ250 I used a trx 250r throttle and cable. I like Honda’s throttle because it’s small on the bars and operates really simple

Same been racing quads my whole life to Thinking about doing it to my bike to is it harder to grip the bars?

Little bit of both, I remember it being really dry that day and slick in some places. It was just a practice day, I think I started going to the inside and it felt better
