One of Kings best recordings. It was Ledger's first after Sir David Willocks retired. Such verve, passion and dynamism! Pure joy!

I just heard the overture of this recording for the first time today on the main classical radio station in Seattle and it really stood out, the clarity and depth of the sound is amazing. What a treat

so sad to hear this beautiful song an ode to nature preceded by the most depressing Amazon advert ever; a young woman alone in a vast sea of concrete paying for pieces of nature to make her lonely concrete prison bearable - 'verily' the barren world that we live in now. How would Shakespeare describe it before being cancelled?

31:14 The first fugue of the fourth movement is played in too slow 5'19 minutes. Beethoven prescripted 144 Mälzel per crotched (4' 52 minutes). Please listen to HJ Lim (4'46 minutes), Laetitia Hahn (4' 34 minutes), Beveridge Webster (4'44 minutes) and Stephen Beus (4' 33 minutes).

Yes it's very important the fugue is played at tempo. I was excited about this recording, but it doesn't evoke the same excitement that Stephen Beus' recording does.

Repent and trust in Jesus. He's the only way. We deserve Hell because we've sinned. Lied, lusted stolen, etc. But God sent his son to die on the cross and rise out of the grave. We can receive forgiveness from Jesus. Repent and put your trust in him. John 3:16 Romans 3:23❤😊❤❤😊
