This is unreal, I added the dlc for need for speed hot pursuit using package manager and my game froze on the loading screen. All good I'll just delete package. Tried the game and it froze again while loading. Weird, ok I'll delete the game on the PS3 HDD and my usb, reinstall it on my usb and then back onto the PS3 without the package file. It must work now. It freezes again same spot loading. Should I reformat my usb drive then reinstall the game onto usb and then PS3 ? This would be the only thing I can think of, I'm at a loss right now.

When I try to mount my HDD at uxO the message of ERROR 0x80010005 appears. Any ideas to solve it please? is weird most of my HDD had this problems, just an old one IDE 2.5 with just 150GB of space can be mounted sucessfully. Please help me, I want to use a 1TB HDD ( I have the proper HDDcases or Y cable too)

I would rule out Hard drive health first before using a hdd for anything. Connect a drive to your computer, download CrystalDiskInfo drive health checking app, run it. Blue light = no bad sectors. Yellow light = some sectors reallocated, drive which has had issues and is on its way out. Red light = bad sectors found, and no reallocation is possible, very unhealthy and unreliable drive, backup data and scrap it.

@@RTJ_935 grab the .tsv links from nopaystation website instead, YT changed how copy pasting from description works years back. That’s what trips most people up.

Im late as hell to this but, when I tried dowloading a game it said I had a PKG decrypt error and Idrk how to fix it, anyone know how to deal with that?

@@mateoibanez2984 make sure the tool has been configured to point to the pathway of the pkg decrypt executable on your computer correctly - I’m sure this will be mentioned during the video at some point. Even though this video is old, the tool still works. For the .TSV links - KZbin changed the way copy pasting from description works some years back, you could more easily pull those links through correctly by going to the nopaystation website. @@berniemackattack86 that model can run solutions which have been released for HEN. I can’t remember if retroarch or emulators play nicely without CFW or not, but probably by this stage. Only slim 2502B and lower can run full custom firmware, rather than just HEN (homebrew enabler)
