What's even worse than broken light bulbs are animal sh*t and piss all over the decks and back yard. I've seen at least 3 or 4 houses for sale that had dog poop and bugs covering the whole back yard. Needless to say, that house didn't sell for a year.

This is a beautiful home. It just needs some updating and definitely lightning. I think the cabinets need to be lighter to make the kitchen more open and brighter .

Enough room to the right and left of the garage doors to put side mount openers in and get rid of the overhead openers -- a nice feature. Opens up the garage overhead area for storage. Misters on the back patio cover as well.

Andrew, I cannot stress this enough….When you say the home is 20 minutes from this And 30 minutes from that you give me no idea where the home is and I live here . why not just give us two cross Streets bro. Maybe you don't realize that you are 30 minutes from the strip or 20 minutes from Summerlin No matter where you live….Or give us the address and we will look it up for ourselves.

I live in Hawaii on Oahu and prices are insane. My home is 1,270 sq.ft on 5,000 sq. ft. lot is selling for $1,200.000.00! It is crazy and people are paying the prices.
