Nicely updated for it’s age. I agree there needs to be a high wall for privacy from the neighbors. I think the house should sell. It just needs to find the right buyer. Thank you for the video.

Love your vids and homes with that being said I don’t see how this is a 1.2m house yes it’s a huge home on a great lot but good lord is it out dated!! The front looked literally like a dang prison! The “updating” looked cheap!! It would take another 200k to make this a “updated” home at the very least! Along with that privacy wall that’s desperately needed that’s another good penny right there. As the saying goes “GOOD BONES” but a good amount needed !

Not worth over a million dollars. Many elements are cheap looking and the kitchen looks like they just painted the old cabinets. And the dishwasher looks like it is ill placed.

Sparkling pool, what a dumb thing to say. Nevada sucks ( yes the hole desert state) Las Vegas has nothing special just a low life environment and hang out for people like Diddy. Just because there’s new homes it doesn’t mean you won’t see the older sides of town, they look like Tijuana. Worst drinking water ( schools are not sorry that mark was past 30, years ago it’s now in she sh*t hole of hell) tired of people throwing trash Vegas like it’s the most wonderful thing in the world, it’s not even close.
